Matthew Storey — Co-Founder & CEO
Matthew started his career in the corporate world, helping small businesses grow through smart strategy and strong systems. After years of building success for others, he decided to build something of his own — a company that would raise the standard of professionalism in the cleaning industry.
With firsthand experience in the field, he saw the same issues everywhere: underpaid staff, low morale, and inconsistent results. Titan Cleaning was his answer — a business built on quality, respect, and structure, proving that real excellence belongs in every clean.
Jeremiah Williams — Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Jeremiah brings the discipline of an athlete and the drive of an entrepreneur to Titan Cleaning. A former football player for the University of Cincinnati and Boone County High School, he built his life on teamwork, resilience, and leadership.
Before co-founding Titan, he worked in the cleaning industry and saw how structure, respect, and recognition were often missing. Instead of accepting that, he set out to change it — creating a company where cleaners take pride in their work and clients feel the difference.
Today, Jeremiah leads every team with the same professionalism, precision, and purpose that once defined him on the field.
